Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
✔ The bag must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
✔ Tags and dust bags must be intact.
✔ Proof of purchase (order receipt/invoice) is required.

Return Process:

  1. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (unless the return is due to our error).

  2. Ship the bag back to the address we provide.

  3. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 2-7 business days.

Exceptions:
✖ Final sale items (e.g., clearance or customized bags) cannot be returned.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return:
📧 You’ll receive an email confirming approval/rejection of your refund.
💳 Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within:

  • 3-5 business days (credit/debit cards)

  • 5-7 business days (PayPal/bank transfers)

Haven’t received your refund?

  1. Check your bank/credit card statement.

  2. Contact your payment provider (processing times vary).


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer’s responsibility: If you change your mind or order incorrectly.

  • Our responsibility: If the bag is defective, damaged, or incorrect (we’ll cover return costs).
